Birth Years Cost ($) Notes
6U - Blastball 2019*, 2020, 2021 40 A focus on fun and learning the skills of baseball. Each night will consist of drills, games and other activities. Blastball takes place on Monday nights in June and July.
7U - Rookie Transition 2018 110 Rookie transition allows players to experience rookie ball with more players that are the same skill and ability. Families can expect less travel than rookie ball and players will gain all of the necessary skills and experience to improve. Just like rookie ball, a pitching machine is used.
9U - Rookie Ball 2016, 2017 150 A pitching machine is utilized. Travel around the Thorndale area (e.g. Dorchester, Thamesford, London)
11U - Mosquito 2014, 2015 160 Players pitch in games at this level. Travel around the Thorndale area (e.g. Dorchester, Thamesford, London)
13U - Peewee 2012, 2013 160 Players pitch in games at this level. Travel around the Thorndale area (e.g. Dorchester, Thamesford, London)

*2019 kids may be placed in Rookie transition, depending on skill level and registration numbers.
For Rookie Transition and up, players are responsible for helmets, jocks, gloves, shoes...

Thorndale Women's Slo-Pitch
Thorndale has a recreational women's slo-pitch league that has been in existence for over 25 years. Players must be 16 years old in order to play. There are six teams in the league. Games are Wednesday nights at 7:00pm. The season runs from May to August, with playoffs finishing on the 3rd Saturday in August. Thorndale Men's Slo-Pitch league

Thorndale men's slo-pitch league, averaging 10-12 teams a year, plays from the last week of May to the playoffs on the first weekend after Labour Day in September. Games are played on Sundays between 12pm-9pm (excluding long weekends). Some of the cheapest league fees in the area. Players must be at least 16 years old.
