Bootcamp led & insured by certified trainer, Angela Soper.
She brings passion for fitness and a variety of equipment (weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, battle ropes, TRX ropes, etc) and runs the group through an ever changing exercise regime (all of which can be modified for various fitness levels) within these types of workouts: H.I.I.T., Core & Cardio, Weights.

All interested participants must download the App "Insta Team" and enter team code CLAE9Q.
From there you will see classes scheduled for Tuesdays at 8:00pm and Sundays at 8:30am. The location information is also on the App.
Due to COVID-19, a maximum of nine participants are permitted for each session and physical distancing is required, so RSVPing through the App is required for each session.
You must bring your own yoga mat.
Classes are $10 for each session.
You must RSVP "yes" or "no" prior to each session you wish to attend. If you RSVP "yes" but do not attend, you are still required to pay as you are holding a space.
Payment is by cash or e-transfer to our instructor, Angela.
Cost: $10 per session.
No drop-ins permitted.
Participants must register and RSVP using the Insta Team App.
Participants must be 16 years of age or older.
All participants must complete a waiver on site their first day.
