FREE Mental Health Counselling

Every Wednesday, Family Services Thames Valley will be offering FREE mental health counselling to whoever needs it. Please call 519-433-0183 or email  intake@familyservicethamesvalley.com to schedule an in-person, phone, or video appointment. When scheduling an appointment, please share that you are from Thorndale. Please note that these sessions will be completely confidential unless the counsellor feels like you are a threat to yourself or others. It is okay not to be okay!!
