Bootcamp led & insured by certified instructor, Angela Soper.
She brings passion for fitness and a variety of equipment (weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, battle ropes, TRX ropes, etc) and runs the group through an everchanging exercise regime (all of which can be modified for various fitness levels) within these types of workouts:

You don't have to wait for a new session to start though. Come out any time!
Cost: Sundays x 6 weeks = $50
Tuesdays x 6 weeks = $50
Sundays & Tuesdays x 6 weeks = $100
Drop in $10 per class
Participants must be 16 years of age or older.
All participants must complete a registration form and sign a waiver.

Please bring your own yoga mat & water.
Please also bring clean, indoor shoes when using the Masonic Lodge.
