Why Retirement Living?

What is the most common statement from seniors once they move to a retirement residence?

Seniors who are 80+ feel lonely 80% if the time (Rokach 2016) - this has a direct correlation with increased general psychological distress, hypertension, sleep disturbances, and feeling unwanted that can cause seniors to neglect their health. The social aspects of retirement living can improve cognition by taking part in events and activities,  increase a sense of belonging enjoying the company of others the same age with similar interests, improve self-esteem through helping others and participation in activities, improve physical health by eating regular healthy meals and participating in fitness programs, increase accountability  through taking care of how one looks and dresses when we are with others, and purposeful living- having a reason to get up, get ready and have some excitement to look forward to each day.

Monthly fees start at $3,300. 25% of the suites have been reserved to date!
