Tai Chi with June Ross – Fridays from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the Thorndale Library.  Tai Chi is an ancient form of Chinese exercise using slow, rhythmic movements to help improve balance, breathing and help maintain a better range of motion.  The cost is $4.00 per class.  For more information call the Senior Centre at 519-268-2025 or the Thorndale Library at 519-461-1150.

Carpet Bowling – We are looking for people interested in playing carpet bowling at the Thorndale Community Centre.  Come out and join this fun group and learn to play this enjoyable sport.  Beginners are welcome.  We have all the equipment needed to carpet bowl and there are some seniors very interested in participating but we need a leader.  This program was held on Monday afternoons in the past but the day and time can be changed.  If you’d like to be the facilitator for this group, please call 519-268-2025.
