Buttertart Competition

Think you can make the best buttertarts in all the land?
We'll find out at the street party after local expert judges decide the winner!
Consider this a trial run for your entry in the 160th annual Thorndale Fall Fair.

Fill out this form to register to be a baker, judge or to volunteer with this portion of the event

Buttertarts to be dropped off in the Lions Meeting Room inside the Thorndale Community Centre at 12:30 on the day of the event.
Judges will judge the tarts at 2:00pm
Winners will be announced on the main stage at 3:15pm.

Used Shoe Drop Off

Used soccer shoes will be accepted during the event. All shoes will be donated to impoverished communities in Costa Rica . Soccer shoes for the kids are one of the most treasured items (most kids in these communities may not even have shoes, let alone soccer shoes).
Watch for the drop box in the community centre.
